We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive complex projects from concept through delivery - ensuring quality, performance, and profitability every step of the way.
What You'll Do
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of technology-driven manufacturing projects.
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Define project scope in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Establish clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics
  • Execute projects in alignment with defined timelines and budgets
  • Monitor progress and proactively adjust plans as needed
  • Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Review and align project schedules with internal teams and customers
  • Establish communication plans to keep stakeholders informed
  • Develop documentation systems and maintain organized project records
  • Evaluate project outcomes against established objectives

Operational & Manufacturing Leadership
  • Manage Quality Management System (QMS) requirements per customer specifications
  • Build and develop a cross-trained manufacturing team
  • Support sales growth objectives of $24M+ through scalable operations
  • Identify, justify, and implement process and equipment improvements
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing projects with defined scopes, budgets, and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and measurable results

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience working with hardware/software integrated products
  • Background in material handling, industrial equipment, or automation technologies
