About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting, business operations, analytics, or cross-functional project background who thrives in fast-moving environments and can quickly grasp complex topics.
As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to high-visibility programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
  • Support the definition, refinement, and tracking of 1:1 domestic and international program objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of program goals with strategic frameworks and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain and improve tracking mechanisms to monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Workstream Coordination
  • Evaluate existing 1:1 workstreams and help identify gaps, opportunities, and new areas of focus.
  • Assist in the setup and documentation of new workstreams, including ownership, scopes, and reporting cadences.
  • Coordinate across D&A, Marketing, MarTech, Legal, and other cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Communication & Reporting
  • Prepare concise program updates, dashboards, and readouts for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Consolidate inputs across workstreams into clear narratives, risks, recommendations, and progress summaries.
  • Support planning and working sessions to ensure program goals remain relevant and aligned.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and serve as a connector between business and technical partners.
  • Help translate business needs into actionable requirements for analytics, engineering, and other technical groups.
  • Coordinate analytics fulfillment and reporting requests to support data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, project or program management, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly understand new topics, ask the right questions, and anticipate needs across diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
