Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

8:00am - 5:00pm
How many hours per week are required?

Description of Primary Duties
Assist in general office tasks as needed; digital archiving; monitor office supply levels and shred bins; re-stock printers with paper, assist with special event planning and preparation; filing and organization of physical records; may be asked to deliver items to campus from downtown office; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Attention to detail, organization, high computer proficiency, office machine experience, punctuality and reliability, must be able to keep confidentiality of office records and files, must be able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and other cultures.
