The Role:
We are seeking a motivated International Logistics Specialist to support the company's international import and export operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain practical experience in a hi-tech global logistics and trade compliance field
The International Logistics Coordinator will assist the Logistics and Trade Compliance Teams with preparing, coordinating, and executing international shipments (including RMAs), preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records in compliance systems. This position will also support internal audits of import and export transactions, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with the Senior International Logistics Officer to ensure adherence to U.S. trade regulations, including and Customs requirements.
Ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field who possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, ambitious attitude toward learning hi-tech international trade processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Logistics Team in preparing, coordinating, and executing international shipments (exports and imports), including RMAs.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in logistics and compliance systems.
  • Contribute to maintaining organized recordkeeping for audit and compliance retention requirements.
  • Prepare and review international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, Shipper's Letters of Instruction, etc.) for accuracy and timely submission.
  • Conduct and support internal audits of import and export transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. trade laws (EAR, ITAR, Customs).
  • Collaborate with Leadership on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate departmental workflows and recommend best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other logistics and compliance projects as assigned by the Senior International Logistics Officer or Director of Trade Compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong academic foundation in international trade, customs procedures, export/import regulations, and supply chain operations.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in international logistics and trade compliance.
  • Knowledge with U.S. trade laws (EAR, ITAR, Customs)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with both peers, supervisor, program management teams and senior leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data entry and analytical skills.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $63,860 - $95,767. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
