• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop effective, personalized treatment regimens.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. You will provide a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, allowing you to gain valuable insights and experience in handling a wide range of psychological issues.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• A profound commitment to client well-being, demonstrated through empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively navigate a flexible schedule and maintain productivity.

Previous experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly in outpatient therapy modalities, is advantageous. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, based on your experience and workload.
