• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful change and foster personal growth.
• Establish clear therapeutic objectives and track client progress through regular assessments and updates.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate various accessibility issues and ensure uninterrupted support for your clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes to uphold ethical standards and confidentiality practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine your skills and stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, providing you the chance to hone your skills in multicultural sensitivity and personalized care.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude are essential to fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet both client and administrative needs.

Experience in a private practice or telehealth setting is a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in using telehealth technology will be beneficial as you navigate the unique aspects of delivering remote therapy.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with workload and experience.
