• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans to suit each client's unique mental health needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients’ preferences and accessibility requirements, leveraging technology to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Our mental health counselors will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. By focusing on a client-centered approach, counselors will facilitate lasting change through compassionate care, specifically tailored interventions, and an unwavering belief in the potential for recovery.

• Current and valid state licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective and empathetic interactions with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms.
• A background in community mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• Prior success in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
