RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - System Administration - Intermediate | IT Effectiveness - Data Center Support [NPS021026]

Serve as a System Administration - Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.2 – Data Center Support related activities to Offer advanced support in managing clustered systems for high availability environments.

Intermediate-level systems administration, managing server clusters and daily network issues.

Support wide-area network (WAN) management and ensure consistent uptime across multiple locations.

Provide support to senior system administrators, maintaining system uptime and performance.
