Our client is a premier global luxury furniture and design brand with 22 international showrooms. Known for high-end craftsmanship and sophisticated contemporary design, they are expanding their footprint into the South Florida luxury market. We are seeking a dynamic, design-savvy Field Sales Rep / Interior Designer to SELL high end furniture to act as the face of our brand in Miami to introduce our exquisite collections to elite local clientele.
Overview
The role combines luxury furniture sales with high-level interior design support. This role is perfect for a professional with a background in interior design or architecture, exceptional sales acumen, and an established interest or proven experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • HNW Market Savvy: A strong interest in or proven experience confidently engaging, presenting to, and building rapport with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Industry Network: Existing contacts within the Miami interior design, luxury real estate, or luxury home industry are a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or related design and 3D visualization tools.
  • Sales Background: Strong experience in luxury sales, account management, or high-end furniture/interior design consultation.
  • Exemplary Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored to a premium market, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Ability to work independently from a remote home office, managing multiple projects, client deadlines, and field travel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule & Travel: Flexibility to manage a field schedule, including traveling locally across the Miami area for client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events as required by market demands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Luxury Sales: Identify upscale customer needs and recommend high-end furniture and contemporary design solutions.
  • Cultivate B2B & High-Net Worth Clients Relationships: Proactively outreach, network, and build a consistent book of business with Miami-based interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Design Consultation: Provide expert on-site guidance regarding spacing, materials, custom finishes, and aesthetics. The ability to read floor plans or sketch layouts during field consultations is a major plus.
  • Proposals & Quoting: Prepare high-end quotations, presentations, and sales proposals using our integrated ODOO system (comprehensive training provided).
  • Design & Space Planning: Develop sophisticated furniture layouts and design proposals using AutoCAD, Revit, or your preferred 3D visualization software.
  • Territory & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records using CRM software, and seamlessly coordinate order processing, shipping, and logistics with our core warehouse and production teams.
  • Brand Advocacy: Actively build long-term relationships with regional architectural and design firms to integrate the brand's products into high-end residential and commercial projects.
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary plus, uncapped commission based in sales . Estimated annual earning $120K-$150 or more. Employee benefits are offered.
