They will create an innovative and unique experience for every client from initial education to final walkthroughs. • Serve as the DIRTT point of contact for the Project Team, Factory, Field Representatives, and Technicians.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of DIRTT standards, finishes, and Design Editor best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and update design documentation as required.
  • Develop skills and knowledge within the DIRTT design team by sharing internal and external knowledge gained from previous projects.
  • Track and maintain billable hours on a per-task, per-project basis.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of DIRTT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting architectural drawings and sketches.
  • Prior experience and strong knowledge of Design Editor.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Previous experience working on technical projects.
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • High sense of urgency with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional certifications such as NCIDQ, LEED, or EDAC are considered an asset.

What's in it for You?
  • A competitive base salary plus sales incentives
  • Eligibility to participate in DIRTT's Employee Share Purchase Plan.
  • For in-office roles: continental breakfast, coffee, tea, soda, daily hot cafeteria lunch, and snacks to keep you energized.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, designed to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Disability and insurance benefits to protect you and your loved ones, including short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent coverage, and voluntary options with certain benefits varying by location.
