About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Itinerary Planning Specialist - Remote to support clients with trip planning, itinerary coordination, and reservation assistance. This role focuses on providing organized, professional support throughout the planning process while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
This is a remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are highly organized, client-focused, and interested in itinerary planning within a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and organizing customized itineraries based on client preferences
Support the coordination of reservations, schedules, and travel-related details
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
Maintain accurate records, confirmations, and itinerary documentation
Collaborate with internal systems and tools to manage planning workflows
Provide general support to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for clients
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
