MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning Core Ledger Specialist to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Designing and configuring complex architectural structures for the Chart of Accounts, fiscal accounting calendars, and multi-currency configuration parameters.
  • Ensuring the Oracle Fusion General Ledger strictly adheres to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or specific governmental accounting mandates.
  • Implementing and managing automated financial consolidation rules and complex cross-validation rules to enforce data accuracy.
  • Managing external transactions and financial workflows within the Oracle Fusion Cash Management module.
  • Maintaining an immutable, highly accurate, and fully auditable financial record that supports all downstream corporate reporting.
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to resolve system anomalies and drive continuous ledger optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience specializing in enterprise financial systems and ledger operations.
  • Expert-level mastery of Oracle Fusion General Ledger core functions and system architectures.
  • Proven experience establishing automated financial consolidation rules and complex cross-validation rules.
  • Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or specific governmental accounting compliance mandates.
  • Strong experience managing external financial transactions and configurations in Oracle Fusion Cash Management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Experience operating within a standard Government Contracting environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ledger architecture to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with automated financial reporting and downstream analytics tools.

Clearance Requirements:
  • An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with polygraph.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $148,200.00-$263,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
