This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home office. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for all clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing assessment tools to identify specific issues and areas of growth.
• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, adapting approaches based on their progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, using effective techniques to stabilize their situation and connect them to necessary resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records through digital documentation systems, complying with HIPAA regulations and local laws.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay current with licensure requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with couples and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Experience in providing therapeutic services, particularly in individual and family therapy settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with clients dealing with addiction or substance use issues, providing an understanding of related dynamics.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and telehealth technologies for remote therapy delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
