• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and end-of-life issues within our hospice center framework. Supporting patients during their most vulnerable times, your work will be vital in fostering resilience and promoting emotional stability during challenging circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida, showcasing your readiness to practice.
