Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Fusion Wellness Center, you will be integral to our clinical team, working with a diverse client population. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.
  • Facilitating couples therapy sessions, as well as individual therapy to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support your clients' mental health journeys.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment protocols and improve overall patient outcomes.
  • Documenting treatment sessions thoroughly and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, develop strategies, and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include couples, families, and individuals facing various mental and emotional challenges. Common areas of focus will involve:

  • Substance abuse issues impacting family dynamics.
  • Adjustment issues related to divorce or separation.
  • Communication breakdowns within families.
  • Grief and loss interventions.
  • Support for blended families adapting to new roles and relationships.

Your dedicated approach will help clients navigate their challenges, foster healthier relationships, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications

To be considered for the LMFT position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Texas.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practices and a passion for patient advocacy.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with the following experience will be considered favorably:

  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Background in teletherapy or adaptive therapeutic practices.
  • Proven track record of successful treatment outcomes in individual and couple therapy.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a caseload of 30+ hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

Fusion Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
