As a remote position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location while remaining a vital part of our community health clinic. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional flexibility to adjust hours based on client needs. This setting allows you to focus on providing care while minimizing administrative burdens, ensuring an efficient and client-centered practice.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies and solution-focused approaches.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery and refine therapeutic practices.
• Provide education and resources to empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research developments and best practices in the mental health field to continually elevate the quality of care provided.

You will work with a diverse client base, providing care to individuals from various backgrounds who are struggling with a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and anxiety disorders. Your ability to employ culturally competent therapeutic practices will be essential in meeting the unique needs of each client.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Strong ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to individual client needs while employing solution-focused strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to foster effective client relationships.
• A willingness to engage in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of mutual support and professional growth.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, along with familiarity with integrated care models.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural influences on mental health.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices within various therapeutic modalities is preferred.
