Work Environment

As a remote position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location while remaining a vital part of our community health clinic. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional flexibility to adjust hours based on client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individual needs and craft personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies and solution-focused approaches.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, to facilitate client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to safeguard client information.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery and refine therapeutic practices.
  • Provide education and resources to empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Stay informed about the latest research developments and best practices in the mental health field to continually elevate the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
