Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Integrated Multicultural Counseling, your pivotal role will involve:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-focused interventions tailored to individual goals.
  • Implementing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques to address mental health concerns.
  • Maintaining precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to ensure integrated care.
  • Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.
  • Providing education and resource guidance to patients and their families about mental health conditions and community resources.
  • Staying current with the latest research and developments in the mental health field to inform your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
