Position Overview

Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a clear focus on patient care. You will be part of a cooperative multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Our community health clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible hours based on patient needs to ensure accessibility for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and strengths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions tailored to individual therapy needs.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards.
• Engage actively in case consultations and peer reviews to elevate the quality of care within the organization.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health, including treatment pathways and community supports.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health research to enhance therapeutic practices and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds experiencing challenges such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and family dynamics issues. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their situations with resilience and equip them with tools for long-term mental health maintenance.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connections with clients and colleagues alike.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing contributions from all team members in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community mental health settings or clinics is preferred.
• Familiarity with a range of treatment modalities and willingness to learn and adapt practices based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
