Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining trust through professional ethics and boundary practices.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions through established clinical methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans, focusing on goals tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to encourage the exploration of feelings and constructive coping strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress and stability through scheduled sessions and provide continuity of care by adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits
