• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies aimed at promoting mental wellness.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Prevail Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years professional counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse array of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to holistic client care.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related technologies is necessary for efficient documentation and communication.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with underrepresented populations or in community mental health settings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
