Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) 

Location: Illinois

Setting: Remote/Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time remote opening is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Illinois. This role focuses on providing therapy to clients managing relationship concerns, family issues, personal stressors, and emotional health needs. You will meet with clients virtually, guide treatment planning, document care, and support measurable progress over time. This is a solid opportunity for an LMFT who wants straightforward scheduling and a strong clinical focus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide online therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families 
  • Complete intake assessments and formulate treatment goals 
  • Address relational conflict, family concerns, and mental health symptoms through appropriate interventions 
  • Maintain organized and compliant client documentation 
  • Track treatment outcomes and revise plans as clinically indicated 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related mental health field 
  • Active and unrestricted Illinois LMFT license
