• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, providing guidance, and discussing upcoming appointments.
• Create, implement, and collaborate on person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Document all interactions, including up-to-date progress notes, to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate care strategies.
• Engage in individual supervision regularly to promote professional growth and clinical insight.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic and integrated care.
• Adopt a growth mindset to continually improve personal and professional practices.

Our center focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse client population, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Clients may present with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. With an emphasis on family-centered care, LPCs will work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and tailor therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• Proficiency with technology and familiarity with computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and skill in administering intake assessments and treatment planning.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our team. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians are compensated fairly and promptly, with guaranteed rates that allow clinicians to focus on care rather than collections.
