Pyramid Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Remote Counseling Specialist. This full-time position requires the successful candidate to provide high-quality virtual therapy services to clients, focusing on improving their mental health and overall well-being. You will manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients, ensuring they receive the personalized care they need from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
  • Engage actively in ongoing case management and follow-up to track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

  • Collaborate with other health professionals in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive treatment strategies for clients.

Qualifications
