Job Description
This Inside Sales role focuses on generating and developing Last Mile Delivery partners within assigned regions in Oregon. You will drive outbound sales efforts, respond to inbound leads, and guide prospective partners through a consultative sales process. The position offers the opportunity to work in a growing program that partners with small businesses across the United States and creates mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Generate new delivery partners in assigned Oregon regions through high-volume outbound sales calls.
  • Respond promptly to and qualify inbound leads from prospective delivery partners.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and clearly present the value the new delivery program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Manage multiple leads simultaneously, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide timely feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall program growth.
  • Support delivery stations in Salem and Hillsboro, Oregon, with sales and partner development activities as needed.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, with a focus on high-volume outbound cold calling.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage a structured sales pipeline.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to provide clear feedback on market trends, lead quality, and customer needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience in logistics, retail, or technology is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting regional or territory-based sales efforts.

Work Environment
This is a primarily remote role with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional field work may be required for in-person customer meetings. You will work extensively with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement platforms to manage leads and track performance. The program is in a growth phase and focuses on partnering with small businesses across the United States, creating a collaborative and performance-driven environment. The position offers eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful performance review at six months, as well as commission opportunities tied to outbound sales activities, including compensation per application, Ready to Launch milestones, and post-launch performance
