• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and well-being.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and comprehensive care.
• Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system, tracking treatment plans and adjustments to therapy as needed based on client progress.
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Provide support and resources to clients facing social or financial challenges affecting their mental health.
• Stay abreast of developments in counseling methodologies and attend training sessions to maintain licensure requirements.

The focus of this role is primarily on young individuals, aged 12 to 24, who may be dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and social adjustment difficulties. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges by providing tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with their unique experiences. Building rapport and trust with clients is critical to their overall treatment success.

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster connections with clients and colleagues.
• A sound understanding of clinical practices and the ability to apply them in a virtual setting.

• Experience with teletherapy or telehealth practices is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high caseloads while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems for documenting patient interactions and care plans.
• Proven track record of engaging with diverse client populations and addressing various mental health issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
