Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney
This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement or remote work opportunities.
A top-rated law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
  • Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation
  • Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
  • Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York
  • 5+ years of coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey, and beyond
  • Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O, and property)
  • Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
  • Coverage analysis and writing experience.
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
