POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead end-to-end design and development of learning experiences that build critical capabilities across Client global enterprise, including digital, instructor-led, blended, and performance-support solutions.
• Conduct learning needs analysis in partnership with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business priorities into performance-based learning outcomes and scalable learning journeys.

• Partner with operational SMEs, facilitators, and HR & business stakeholders to transform complex business concepts into intuitive, behavior-focused learning experiences that are operationally relevant.
• Manage work intake, prioritize deliverables, and provide clear updates to stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
• Build and publish digital learning using modern authoring tools (Articulate Storyline strongly preferred), owning development through testing, quality assurance, and deployment within learning ecosystem.
• Ensure learning solutions are accessible, globally inclusive, and aligned with brand standards, design guidelines, and learning frameworks.
• Support content migration and modernization initiatives (e.g., compliance content transitions, LMS migrations) while maintaining learning integrity and user experience.
• Define and incorporate appropriate evaluation methods to assess learning effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of Client learning practices by introducing innovative design approaches, tools, and methodologies that elevate the colleague learning experience.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or enterprise capability development within complex, matrixed organizations.
