You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care delivery, utilizing smart technology to connect with clients and maintain compliance in documentation and communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health using evidence-based methodologies to understand their emotional and psychological needs.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique situations and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing varied mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance relational dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring therapeutic methods remain relevant and effective.
• Maintain high-quality, accurate, and timely client records, including progress notes and treatment histories, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance during acute distress.
• Stay current with the latest research and innovations in mental health practices and participate in professional development opportunities to honed your skills.
• Advocate for client well-being, supporting their autonomy in treatment decisions and connecting them with additional resources as needed.
• Engage in self-care practices and encourage the same for clients to promote long-lasting mental health resilience.

The focus of this role encompasses diverse populations ranging from adolescents to adults, including couples seeking to improve their relationships. Therapists will be equipped to handle various mental health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, relationship conflicts, and life transitions, all tailored to meet the individual needs of varied client backgrounds.

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Licensure must be current and recognized through the State Board.
• Demonstrated ability in individual or couples therapy experience is essential.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a professional setting.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and in various therapeutic modalities is highly valued.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team.
