(This program requires a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are approved by the program.)

Description:

Anakim Consulting is hiring multiple Business Architects with Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification to support a government program. The Business Architects will support customization and modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.

Job Duties include (but may not be limited to):

  • Provide Business Architecture support to solutions development teams
  • Support business process design activities such as describing business expectations and objectives, defining requirements, defining business user roles and responsibilities, defining approach for validating configured functionality, and other related activities
  • Analyze client needs and requirements and provide insight and innovation to accomplish tasks
  • Lead and/or participate in discussions on Pega process, functionality, and structure
  • Lead and/or participate in meetings to discuss and plan business process elaboration and configuration
  • Support varied Agile activities for functions and solution configuration
  • Assist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing, and training
    Interact across teams and/or with vendors, as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned according to Business Architect role/level
