Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that foster healing and growth.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each clientโ€™s unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Demonstrated experience practicing independently without supervision, showcasing confidence in clinical judgment and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, enabling you to connect with clients and foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
