• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that foster healing and growth.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals while monitoring progress throughout the treatment journey, fostering an environment of trust and support.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual engagement or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that care is accessible to all client populations.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements, helping to ensure a high standard of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to suicide prevention means that you will also support clients who are experiencing acute crises, requiring a compassionate and experienced approach to crisis intervention.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated experience practicing independently without supervision, showcasing confidence in clinical judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, enabling you to connect with clients and foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a strong understanding of digital tools necessary for effective virtual therapy.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly preferred, allowing you to effectively navigate the challenges and benefits of virtual therapy.
• Experience in suicide prevention training, crisis intervention, or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them according to the needs of your clientele.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
