Enlightened Essence Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health services to a diverse range of clients from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring a thoughtful and engaging therapeutic experience.
• Offer crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and developing rapid response strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities within the field.

Our clients range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. • Must hold a valid Washington State license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are required to accurately identify and address clients' mental health needs.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to make meaningful connections with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practices and interactions.

• Previous experience within a clinical setting is preferred, although it is not a strict requirement for entry-level positions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is advantageous given the remote work environment.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
