This position offers the unique advantage of a fully remote working environment, which allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering critical support to clients. Targeted work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate the varying needs of our clients. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your daily tasks will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs using evidence-based practices.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans rooted in solution-focused interventions that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients through their healing journeys.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation while complying with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote professional development and enhance treatment quality.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support services.
• Staying updated on the latest research in mental health practices to foster innovation in therapeutic approaches.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and other psychological conditions. To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A solid understanding of psychotherapy interventions combined with the ability to customize approaches for individual clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to address the diverse challenges faced by clients.
• An enthusiasm for collaboration within a supportive team-driven environment.

We highly value previous experience in clinical settings where you have honed your assessment, intervention, and documentation skills. Experience working in community health clinics and with diverse populations will be beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also encouraged, given the remote nature of this position.
