About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering service training programs across enterprise sites and remote vendor locations while supporting the development and continuous improvement of learning solutions. This role partners with training, quality, coaching, and operations teams to ensure learners are prepared to meet productivity, quality, and service expectations.

What You'll Do

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate engaging training programs at enterprise and remote vendor locations.

  • Create a positive learning environment that supports knowledge retention and skill development.

Learning Solution Support

  • Partner with Instructional Design and Knowledge Management teams to provide input on training programs and learning solutions.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of training initiatives.

Needs Assessment & Performance Support

  • Assess client training needs and align learning activities to SLA requirements.

  • Help ensure productivity, quality, and compliance goals are achieved.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Coaching, Quality, and Operations teams during and after training.

  • Support smooth transition from training to production and ongoing performance monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete other relatedduties asassigned by management.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare operations environment.

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • ASTD (American Society of Training & Development) certification.

  • Healthcare industry knowledge.

  • Claimsprocessing experience.

Salary Range:

$56,200 - $75,285

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
