Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with various mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect cultural competence and are driven by patient input and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to construct a cohesive care strategy that promotes holistic recovery.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary based on clinical efficacy and patient feedback.
• Offer ongoing education and resources to patients and their families, enhancing understanding of mental health issues, treatment processes, and available community support services.
• Maintain rigorous professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at our Detox Center range from individuals battling anxiety and depression to those coping with traumatic stress disorders and substance use issues. This role requires a specialized understanding of mental health challenges that impact these patients. Your expertise will not only provide therapeutic assistance but will also foster a nurturing environment that respects individual journeys towards recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services in a clinical setting.
• High proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively building rapport with patients and collaborating with a diverse healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize electronic health records (EHRs) and other software tools for effective patient documentation and treatment coordination.
• Strong assessment skills to conduct thorough evaluations leading to effective treatment planning and strategy development.
• A solid understanding of mental health conditions and the potential barriers patients face in accessing care and achieving recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred, providing familiarity with the dynamics of substance use disorders.
• Certifications in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
