Job Summary
We are seeking a French Bilingual CSR/Data Entry professional for a temp-to-hire remote opportunity supporting customers in a structured insurance contact center environment. This French/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who can communicate clearly, manage inbound customer needs, and accurately document information across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance with questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Communicate clearly with customers in both French and English while delivering accurate information and support.
- Make outbound calls to insurance agents and brokers to verify information as needed.
- Respond to customer correspondence and requests via email while maintaining a professional tone.
- Review documentation, perform data entry, and update customer records within insurance tracking systems.
- Navigate multiple platforms while following established procedures, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Remote.
- Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
- Customer service role only, with no outbound sales responsibilities.
