• Conduct detailed assessments during initial sessions to establish clients' mental health statuses.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on clients' unique needs and readiness for change.
• Engage clients through regular follow-up sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques to empower them toward overcoming challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate care and provide referrals to additional health services, including psychiatrists and group therapy programs as needed.
• Stay informed on current best practices and therapeutic modalities to continuously enhance treatment approaches.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including those struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to employ culturally responsive practices and therapeutic techniques that take into account the unique experiences and perspectives of every individual.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of New York.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in a remote setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems to facilitate virtual counseling sessions efficiently.
• Demonstrated success in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive practices.
• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the capability to manage emergency situations effectively.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
