Job description

As the SaaS Product Implementation Engineer, you will be an execution-focused professional contributor responsible for managing the technical lifecycle, data integrity, and launch operations. In this role, you will directly drive streamlined SMB implementations, handle critical population additions for existing clients, and perform rigorous data validation audits. Your primary goal is to conduct deep-dive technical investigations into configuration discrepancies, execute data validations, and utilize core data diagnostics to accelerate timelines while ensuring absolute platform reliability.
Responsibilities:
  • SMB Implementation Ownership: Manage and execute the end-to-end technical onboarding lifecycle for streamlined SMB clients to ensure rapid and efficient implementations.
  • Population Additions Management: Coordinate and execute data updates and structural population additions for existing clients, ensuring new worker blocks integrate without disruption.
  • Deep-Dive Technical Investigations: Perform exhaustive analytical investigations into complex client integration anomalies, tracing system data flow issues down to root causes.
  • Data File Auditing & AI Analysis: Audit incoming client files against standard mapping rules, utilizing AI-assisted data analysis tools to rapidly flag schema mismatches, formatting defects, and payload inconsistencies.
  • Steady State Quality Assurance: Run strict validation workflows for active client accounts undergoing organizational changes, ensuring smooth change management.
  • Launch Risk Screening: Execute structural risk-profiling checks across staged partner profiles to catch system processing logic errors prior to live activation.
  • Technical Error Troubleshooting: Identify, isolate, and resolve integration or setup failures during implementation, using diagnostic toolsets.
  • Task & Priority Management: Successfully balance multiple high-volume data-matching tasks and competing implementation priorities at once, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high precision.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in an implementations, technical operations, data analysis, or technical support role, ideally within SaaS or Fintech.
  • Technical Aptitude: Some foundational familiarity with structural formatting concepts (such as flat files, CSV schemas, or API layouts) and data matching dynamics.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Excellent logic-based analytical skills with a proven capacity for high precision when inspecting large data files or system records.
  • Velocity & Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads and complete technical tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines.
  • Communication Clarity: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to translate data requirements into direct instructions.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent level of professional hands-on operations experience.
