Are you a driven, forwardthinking digital health sales professional ready for your next challenge? As a Digital Health Zone Sales Manager, you'll lead sales execution for Medtronic's HealthCast portfolio across your assigned geography - including remote/central monitoring, clinical decision support, connectivity to EMR/EHR systems, predictive analytics, and innovative businessmodel transformation solutions.

In this executivelevel, individualcontributor role, you'll drive growth by identifying customer needs, generating leads, developing pipeline, and closing business. You'll partner closely with monitoring sales reps to expand our footprint in existing and competitive accounts, while shaping solution adoption and implementation success.

This role covers the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states and involves 50-70% travel including overnights. Candidates should be based in Boston, Philadelphia, the greater NYC area or Northern New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

Includes high volumes of lead generation, consistent weekly appointment setting with qualified buyers, pipeline development, deal creation, closing, working with monitoring sales reps to grow our HealthCast footprint at existing and competitive accounts, relationship development with key buyers, implementationand adoption success. This critical team member will provide strategic input and customer learning/intelligence that will help us continue evolving ourHealthCaststrategy in a way that helps alleviate customer pain points and resonates with customers and the market.

Sales Execution

  • Own aggressive lead generation, prospect outreach, and appointment setting efforts to create sales opportunities togrow

  • Own pipeline growth and effective execution to close newbusiness

  • Exceed assigned zoneHealthCasttarget financialgoals

  • Own oversight and validation of accurate weekly,monthly, and quarterly zone forecasts

  • Maintain zone pipeline 10X assigned quota across alignedregions

  • Directly partner with Regional Business Manager/Sellers/AVP towin

  • Develop/execute zone sales strategy via clear targeting and accountprofiling

  • Understand key customer buying motives and business objectives to createurgency

  • Own development of key customer relationships with IT, Chief Information Officers, Medical Managers, CNOs, Nurse Managers, as well as any other clinical and economic buyers

  • Support ACM National Accounts and Strategy Partnerships in closing HealthCast opportunities

Account Management

Overall accountabilityfor accountsatisfaction through sales, service delivery, planning, execution,supportand solution adoption

  • Coordinate service delivery with Operations, Sales Engineers, and Professional Servicesteams

  • Represent client internally and coordinate across functions to implement client solutions, complete projects, and address ongoing service, operational and technicalneeds

  • Assist Professional Service team with implementation oversight and engage is escalating customersituations

  • Drive organic growth/penetration of existing services into new service areas acrossaccount

  • Liaisewith field sales and clinical team pre/post implementation to ensure customer understanding and achievement of system value and overall competence onsolution

Must Have:MinimumRequirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of relevant experience*

  • OR Associate's Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience*

  • OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience*

*Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree preferred

  • At least 7 years of strategic selling or related software/informatics sales experience in the acute hospital care environment

  • Experience with modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, infrastructure design and development and wireless technologies.

  • Strong technical project management and documentation skills.

  • Strong preference for candidates with EMR / EHR and/or medical device connectivity background.

  • Proven ability to understand the hospital technical and social environment and influence the IT domain and clinical domain.

  • Track recordof driving results in complex cross-functional environments

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projectsconcurrently

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial sales structures and processes
