Execute comprehensive enablement strategies that align with business objectives and support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
Build and maintain engagement plans for enterprise-wide deployments, leveraging innovative learning methodologies and technologies
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and communication plans to support change management strategies
Manage cross-organizational efforts, including external consultants and contract labor, to achieve transformation objectives
