Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to design, implement, and optimize workforce strategies that solve organizational issues and support corporate growth.
  • Partner with leadership to establish, evaluate, and maintain competitive wage/salary structures, pay policies, and comprehensive benefits administration.
  • Actively measure employee morale and satisfaction, developing and implementing targeted initiatives to elevate the overall employee experience.
  • Provide critical HR metrics, labor pricing data, and recruitment strategies to support federal business development and proposal efforts.
  • Manage and facilitate end-to-end US immigration processes (including H-1B, green cards, J-1, and F-1 visas) in direct coordination with operations teams and external immigration counsel.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing US employment immigration processes (Green Card, H-1B, J-1, and F-1 visas) required.
  • Senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) highly preferred.
