As a Seniorย Technology Alliances Manager - AI Partnerships, you will lead and expand Ping's AI-focused technology alliances, driving co-innovation, co-market, and co-sell initiatives that position Ping as the identity foundation for AI-powered enterprises.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Alliances, this role requires a strategic partnership leader who understands AI ecosystems, thrives in a rapidly evolving landscape, and is passionate about building differentiated, revenue-generating partnerships.

Location near Ping Identity offices preferred - Denver, CO | Austin, TX | Remote eligibleย 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of AI-centric technology partners within the Ping ecosystem.
  • Align partnership priorities with Ping's product roadmap and AI strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop secure, scalable integrations between Ping's identity platform and AI partner solutions.
  • Support partners in leveraging Ping APIs, SDKs, orchestration, and identity services to deliver differentiated joint solutions
  • Ensure integrations support secure human and non-human (machine/agentic) identities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives including solution briefs, field enablement, campaigns, and co-selling motions.
  • Develop compelling AI-powered identity use cases that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Track and optimize partnership performance across pipeline contribution, adoption, and revenue impact
  • Facilitate executive-level collaboration between Ping and partner leadership.
  • Own strategic initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide partners with the resources, enablement, and guidance needed to succeed within Ping's ecosystem.
  • Assist the Technology Alliances team with program direction, governance, and ecosystem evolution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in technology alliances, business development, partner success, or ecosystem management within SaaS.
  • 3+ years working in AI, identity, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, modern identity standards (OAuth, OIDC), and AI/ML ecosystem fundamentals.
  • Proven success driving co-build, co-market, and co-sell initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience managing complex technology partnerships.
  • Strong business planning and go-to-market strategy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, emerging technology environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with AI platforms, GenAI providers, fraud detection technologies, or identity verification vendors.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with product and engineering teams.

Compensation Range: $129,000 - $162,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
