This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere within the U.S.
The Cisco Identity product management team is at the forefront of securing the world's most critical networks. As we accelerate the transition toward a passwordless, zero-trust future, our team is responsible for architecting and evolving the comprehensive identity ecosystem that powers Cisco's networking and security portfolio.
You'll work with a high-impact group of engineers, researchers, and strategists dedicated to transforming how users and devices interact with secure environments. We pride ourselves on a culture of radical transparency, rapid iteration, and a dedication to solving the complex security challenges our global enterprise customers face every day!
Your Impact
As a Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader for our core identity portfolio. You will own the end-to-end vision and execution of our identity strategy, bridging the gap between foundational access control, advanced data analytics, and seamless user experiences. Your mission is to help define the product roadmap for a unified ecosystem that secures access, detects anomalies, and automates identity governance at scale. You will work cross-functionally to synthesize complex market requirements into a cohesive vision, driving product adoption, cross-platform integration, and market leadership in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, + 12 years of related experience, or Masters + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience
• 6+ years of product management experience within cybersecurity, identity management, or cloud-based enterprise software.
• Technical leadership experience to include defining and executing a product roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership in technical product management for complex, large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, interpreting market trends and data to influence product direction.
• Skill at articulating technical concepts and business value to both technical and non-technical teams and leaders.
• Experience working with AI-native engineering teams and adopting AI tooling to improve and accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience handling integrated product portfolios, particularly those involving cloud-based SaaS and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment within a large, matrixed global organization.
• Technical background in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API-first product design.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), zero-trust architecture, and the evolving landscape of modern security threats.
• Demonstrated history of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-grade security products from concept to general availability.
