• Experience with any estimating platform or software is applicable and preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and installation methods

• Experience coordinating with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate and timely pricing
• Familiarity with Basis of Design documents, Due Diligence Studies, and Owner's Project Requirements preferred
