Home Solutions Advisor, In-Home HVAC Sales

Serving Hayes, VA (Hampton Roads / Williamsburg / Middle Peninsula)

$110,000 - $145,000+ Annual Earnings Potential

We are seeking an experienced in-home sales professional to join Comfortable Climate Heating, Air Conditioning as a Home Solutions Advisor. This role focuses on residential HVAC system sales with homeowners throughout the Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and Middle Peninsula areas.

Comfortable Climate Heating and Air Conditioning is a proud, locally owned and operated company providing residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We have built our reputation on reliable service, straightforward recommendations, and long-term customer relationships, and we are expanding our sales team to support continued growth.

About the Role:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
  • Assess needs and present HVAC and plumbing replacement solutions
  • Prepare and present pricing and installation proposals
  • Close sales during the appointment or through follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and installation

What We are Looking for:

  • Prior in-home sales experience required (HVAC, windows, roofing, bath, plumbing, or similar home services)
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales in a home setting
  • Experience selling higher-ticket residential services and products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a structured, consultative sales process

Pay: Base + commission with annual earnings potential of $110,000 - 145,000
