Who We’re Looking For:

What you’ll do:

  • Preforming comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety and performance inspections during service visits (60–90 minutes).
  • Build trust with homeowners by providing clear communication, expert guidance, and long-term HVAC solutions, not just quick fixes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by recommending system upgrades or preventative services.
  • Create accurate estimates and invoices using ServiceTitan while clearly explaining services to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices and enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience working in single-family homes.
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • NATE Certification (preferred).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
  • Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in varied environments.
