HVAC Service Technician: Residential service and maintenance

$8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience + Spiffs

Hours: Monday through Friday with available overtime

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Servicing and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs and replacements.
  • Staying sharp with ongoing training and certification opportunities.
  • Taking advantage of overtime availability for additional earnings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Certification and knowledge of Superheat and Subcooling.
  • Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions.
  • Ability to acquire Mechanical license within 2 years of employment.
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
