Your future role at a glance

Location: Remote

Department: Human Resources

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Temporary - Position projected to end 6 months after start date and has potential to be evaluated for extension at that time. 

Salary: $26.87/hr (potential to change depending on geozone)

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), market leadership, and other stakeholders in assigned regions to alleviate leaders' HR operational and transactional burdens. Provide proactive support to meet the needs of leaders and enable organizational effectiveness in strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the HR operations representative to leaders on the effective use of HR processes and initiatives through daily engagement.
  • Research and resolve issues related to job data, status changes, position management changes, new hires/transfers, associate compensation, benefits, payroll, and other HR related initiatives.
  • Provide proactive support to leaders regarding HR processes and ensures compliance with policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues to identify trends and opportunities for consistency, training and optimization of the overall market HR operations model.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and transfers.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to work with various HR systems.
