About the Role:

CrowdStrike is hiring a Director to mature and scale both our Workday HCM platform and the team behind it. You will lead a team of ~10 covering functional configuration, integrations, and operational support across the full Workday HCM suite. You will own the platform strategy and roadmap, defining how Workday evolves to meet business demand and setting the governance structures to keep it running at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Workday and its integrations to support HR, IT, and Finance program deliverables

  • Build and own the Workday roadmap, governance structure, and prioritization process to align the platform to business demand.

  • Lead and develop a team of ~10 HRIT professionals across functional configuration, integrations and Extend, and operational support

  • Define CrowdStrike's forward-looking AI and automation strategy for the Workday platform

  • Direct solution design for Workday configuration and integrations

  • Lead complex, cross-functional HRIT projects from scoping through delivery

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and partner team leaders to translate business needs into platform solutions

  • Perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and partner with the GPMO (Global Program Management Office) to develop roadmaps that reflect corporate priorities and resource constraints

  • Lead change management across platform initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and adoption

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 10+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, data architecture, and program delivery

  • Experience managing and developing Workday teams

  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance on platform strategy and tradeoffs

  • Strong understanding of platform governance, data integrity, and change management in a complex, fast-moving global organization

  • Working knowledge of the latest Workday integrations technologies including Orchestrate, Studio, Extend, EIB, and Core Connectors

  • Experience supporting a global HR Shared Services model

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a track record of delivering in dynamic environments

Bonus Points:

  • Workday certification(s) in areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Integrations, Compensation, and/or Benefits

  • Experience defining AI or automation strategy within an HR technology context

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $170,000 - $260,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
