HR Consultant – Remote Flexibility for Local DMV Candidates

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our repeat client is a long-standing non-for-profit organization in Washington, DC!
  • Due to a project, they are hiring a temporary HR Consultant.
  • Position is remote for local DMV candidates.
  • Pay: $53-55/hr, depending on experience
  • Duration: until project is complete

Overview of the HR Consultant role:

  • Employee Handbook Review and Revamp
  • Leave Management and Administration
  • Recruitment
  • SOP development
  • HR Compliance
  • Employee Relations
  • Ad hoc projects/reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Consultant:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Domestic and Global experience is preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR certification is preferred
  • Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail
