Location: South Africa (Remote)

Hours: Full-Time | US Business Hours - 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (SA Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support a growing US-based company. This role combines recruitment coordination, HR administration, and payroll support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with new hire setup
  • Support payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and updating employee information
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and employee records
