Join our team as a People Experience Partner and help create a positive, engaging, and connected employee experience across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning events, leading engagement initiatives, and supporting recognition and culture programs that bring employees together.
  • The People Experience Partner plays a key role in supporting a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. In partnership with HR leadership, Communications, and internal stakeholders, this position helps align employee experience initiatives with business priorities and the organization's values. Through both strategic planning and hands-on execution, the role develops and supports programs that strengthen employee engagement, enhance workplace culture, and contribute to overall organizational success.
  • Engage with various business units/divisions to synchronize People Experience initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that organizational culture acts as a linchpin in driving business success.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee engagement and recognition strategies congruent with the Health Care District's mission, vision, and values.
  • Coordinate and evaluate organizational-wide events and activities aimed at fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a unified organizational identity.
  • Actively promote the company's culture and values through various programs and activities internally and externally.
  • Reach out and participate in external events, such as job fairs, classroom visits, community events, etc.
  • Oversee budgets and key performance indicators related to engagement and recognition programs, introducing refinements based on data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate transparent and consistent communication across the organization, acting as a bridge to ensure all employees are informed, acknowledged, and have a voice.
  • Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, social gatherings, and cultural workshops.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with employees at all levels to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Work closely with the Communication department to develop internal and/or external branding and communication initiatives.
  • Encourage employee participation in events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Champion an inclusive environment, ensuring diversity is recognized, respected, and celebrated, thus reinforcing a sense of belonging and community for every team member.
  • Collaborate with leadership in crafting strategies for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development to ensure the continuity of the company's cultural ethos.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make informed recommendations and decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural aspirations.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required. Master's degree, preferred.

Experience:
  • 5 years' experience with a minimum of 3 years of employee development or event coordination

The Health Care District of Palm Beach County is an independent special taxing district that has served as a healthcare safety net for more than 36 years to fill in gaps in access to healthcare services.
