Position Overview

The Radiant Mind Healing Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our team. Work Environment

This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing our team members the flexibility to serve clients from various locations. Our work culture emphasizes collaboration and support among a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends, are designed to meet the varying needs of our clients while facilitating work-life balance for staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy across various settings, including one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to create integrated and client-centered treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, facilitating risk assessments and developing safety plans in response to clients' immediate needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Facilitate supportive and psychoeducational group sessions to help clients build community connections and enhance life skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Radiant Mind Healing Hub serves a diverse client population facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral health challenges. We prioritize providing culturally competent care that respects the individual backgrounds and experiences of each client, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, preferably in outpatient care.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and a collaborative approach to treatment planning.
• Proficiency in managing treatment documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
